These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

Caribbean Print Shop Limited reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.

You also agree that we may provide legal communications and notices electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an email to the email address you provided when registering. You may withdraw your consent by contacting customer care; however, you must then discontinue use of your account.

All terms and conditions and/or transactions occurring online at www.caribbeanprintshop.com or by phone are subject to the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

Caribbean Print Shop Limited is not responsible for delay and/or damages resulting from machinery breakdown, acts of God, or other governmental and non-governmental actions, including war, riot, seizure, and embargo. The tools available on www.caribbeanprintshop.com to create documents are the property of Caribbean Print Shop Limited and its affiliated companies. The Buyer’s order is deemed acceptance of the Seller’s terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Caribbean Print Shop Limited. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse and to change the price at any time, even after we receive an order.

Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once an order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two business days after receipt of the merchandise.

We will replace only orders processed incorrectly. Replacement will take place only after receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace an order if we determine that it was misused or mishandled by the Buyer, or if part of the order was used and part is being returned.

If the Buyer's credit card is declined, Caribbean Print Shop Limited will not process the order. If an order is shipped and the Buyer's account becomes delinquent, the Buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (an annual percentage rate of 24%) on the unpaid balance. If legal action is required to enforce this agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

Caribbean Print Shop Limited makes no explicit warranty and does not imply or accept responsibility other than the possible replacement of products purchased by the Buyer. Caribbean Print Shop Limited may, but does not guarantee that it will, replace a defective product or credit the purchase price.

Shipping terms are F.O.B. Caribbean Print Shop Limited will arrange shipping with the carrier on behalf of the Buyer. The Buyer is fully responsible for shipping and handling costs. Caribbean Print Shop Limited is not responsible for delay in delivery, loss, or damage while an order is with the shipping carrier.

Caribbean Print Shop Limited will not be liable in contract or tort, including negligence, for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from performance or nonperformance of our obligations. The Buyer agrees not to hold Caribbean Print Shop Limited responsible for loss, cost, expense, or damage, including legal costs, arising from claims that submitted work violates copyrights, trademarks, service marks, privacy rights, or other personal rights.

Caribbean Print Shop Limited and its affiliated company will not refund money for orders that have shipped or were cancelled after processing began.
