Getting started
A quick orientation for your first order.
What is online printing?+
Online printing lets you choose a product, select its specifications, upload or create your artwork, and place an order from wherever you are. We handle production and arrange delivery or collection when it is ready.
How does it help my print business?+
You can compare options, save your artwork securely, and reorder a proven piece without starting over. It gives your business a dependable print partner while leaving you in control of the style, quantity, shipping, and payment details.
Products & design
Find the right format for the job.
What products can I order?+
Our range includes business cards, envelopes, letterheads, greeting cards, flyers, posters, tickets, brochures, labels, stickers, and more. Browse the shop to see current products, sizes, finishes, and quantities.
How can I design my product?+
Start with one of our pre-loaded templates and customize it, upload your own finished artwork, or ask our professional graphic designers to help create something custom.
What are paper stock and card stock?+
Stock is the material your piece is printed on. Paper stock is lighter and flexible for items such as letterheads and flyers. Card stock is thicker and more rigid for business cards, invitations, covers, and pieces that need extra presence.
What is the difference between glossy and matte paper?+
Glossy stock has a smooth, reflective surface that makes colours look bright and saturated. Matte stock has a softer, non-reflective finish that is easy to read and feels understated. The best choice depends on the mood and use of your piece.
Artwork & printing
A few details that make a great finish.
Which colour formats do you support?+
For the most predictable printed colour, prepare files in CMYK. RGB artwork can be uploaded, but colours may shift when converted for print. If colour is critical, our team can advise on the best setup before production.
What resolution should my file be?+
Use images at 300 DPI at their final printed size. Low-resolution images can look soft or pixelated when enlarged, so it is always better to start with the largest, cleanest artwork available.
What printing methods do you use?+
We combine commercial offset printing with digital printing. The right method depends on the product, quantity, turnaround, and finish you need, which lets us balance quality and value for each project.
Pricing & orders
Know what to expect before you checkout.
Are the prices on the site final?+
The product price reflects the options you select, such as size, stock, quantity, and finish. Your cart shows the order total before you submit it, including applicable delivery or other selected charges.
Can I reorder a previous job?+
Yes. Your artwork is stored securely and can be accessed when you need to reorder, so repeat print jobs are easier to manage. Sign in to your account or contact us if you need help locating an earlier project.
How do I get help with a custom project?+
Use the shop to request a quote or contact our team with your size, quantity, artwork, deadline, and delivery needs. We can help shape the specifications before production begins.
