1. Resolution & Pixel Dimensions

• Target Resolution: All artwork must be created and saved at 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch). Lower resolutions like 72 DPI will appear blurry or pixelated.

2. Bleed & Safe Zones

• Bleed Area 0.125'': Extend background colors and edge-to-edge images past the final cut line to prevent unwanted white edges during trimming.
• Safe Zone 0.125": Keep all critical information (text, logos, serial numbers, barcodes) comfortably inside the inner border so nothing is accidentally clipped.

3. Color Mode (CMYK vs. RGB)

• Design your files using the CMYK color mode rather than RGB. Printing presses use CMYK inks, and designing in CMYK prevents unexpected color dullness or shifting upon conversion.

4. File Formats & Typography

• Preferred Format: Export and upload files as a High-Resolution PDF to preserve vector quality and layout integrity. (High-quality JPEGs or PNGs at 300 DPI are also accepted).
• Font Outlines: Convert all text to outlines, shapes, or paths (or embed fonts in your PDF) to prevent automatic font substitutions.
